Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
Very quick turn around away to Ospreys.. wonder if we will see any of the intls returning.. Conan/JVDF/Kelleher/Lowe etc.
Re: Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
Someone on the other thread made the point that the Wales game is on Fri evening, so probably won't get many guys back. Maybe Kelleher if he needs game time, and possibly Baird too if he's returning.
I'd go with something like:
Dooley, Sheehan, Bent, Baird, Fardy, Murphy, Leavy, Rhys, McGrath, H Byrne, Kelleher, Frawley, ROL, TOB, JOB
Milne, Tracy/Kelleher, Clarkson, Molony, Penny, HOS, Hawkshaw, DK
Rhys looked injured coming off but not too bad afterwards. Would leave us with a big hole at 8 if he is.

Josh Murphy could fill in at 8 although maybe we could get Conan back as you would imagine he won’t be in contention for the Irish 23. Be interesting to see who plays at 12, both of the last two guys to play there deserve the shirt.

Surely if Conan was going to be released, like Ulster & Connacht players have been, surely Leinster would know by now?

Re: Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
We will get a squad update to day so they would likely announce it then, all I said was “we could get” not “Conan will 100% play” and I only read about the other players being released after I posted as I had a long day at work so calm down a bit.
Re: Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
Munster have had a couple of players released too. Shane Daly and John Ryan.

Seán Cronin will hope to increase his training load after a minor thumb injury ruled him out of contention over the last few weeks while Ryan Baird and Tadhg Furlong will also hope to increase their training this week after adductor and calf strains respectively.

No injuries from the Glasgow game apparently.

Jack Conan was rehabbing an issue in camp that hasn’t settled so will return to Leinster to continue his rehab programme.

No team today? It’s normally announced within a minute of 12

Re: Ospreys away, Sunday, Nov 8th 3pm
Thanks Mildly so is it that when we play on Sunday's the team is announced in Fridays unless the previous game was on a Monday?
I don’t expect that you know this but you seem to have an insight so thought I’d ask.

They appear to have changed the timing of team announcements in the Pro14 this season. Teams are now announced before midday on the day before the game.Jonny tight lips wrote: ↑November 6th, 2020, 12:58 pm Thanks Mildly so is it that when we play on Sunday's the team is announced in Fridays unless the previous game was on a Monday?

So, for Sunday matches the team will be announced by midday on Saturday.

100th cap for Molony, assuming he plays.
Fair play to him. No headlines since his first season, but has been a very reliable performer for us since then.
