RIP Kevin Kelleher

Post by offshorerules »

I learnt last night that Kevin Kelleher passed away yesterday. He was the Hon Sec for Leinster schools rugby for many years, a former international referee, and a true gentleman. He will be missed.

For years in the 1970's Kevin, Caleb Powel and Father ?? from Rock ran the Leinster schools team
Played twice and subbed once for the schools team in the 70's all I got for it was a Leinster tie.
Years later as my son went to Conlet's I embarrassed Kevin into giving me a blue jersey which I will wear in his memory tomorrow
