Dylan MacNeice is potentially a player to hang your hat on however ...

Same goes for Templecarrig and James Nicholson in Connacht, as well as High School and Ryan Baird at Leinster

I see Kings Hospital have a scrum half in the Leinster u19's too

I'm sure there's other serious prospects either in or originally from less heralded schools, who are on the Leinster radar also

If so called tier 2 schools can nurture/provide the odd player like this (even if they transfer to bigger schools to play SCT), then Leinster will be all the better for it
