It's appropriate to acknowledge that Joe Biden is the new president elect and deserves to be congratulated.
It's an amazing achievement in terms of vote collecting.
He has achieved majorities in both the Electoral College vote and the overall popular vote.
Good luck Joe.
At this point in time Trump needs to accept the inevitable.
It's likely that he hasn't yet started to rationalize his defeat and probably won't until he's explored all his legal options.
Finish the counting, go through the motions etc.
In the meantime Biden and his advisors, in calling for calm and avoiding triumphalism, are doing exactly the right thing.
