Public Service Pay - Nurses

So nobody has any answers on how to resolve the nurses dispute.
Two suggestions -
1. A proper attempt at bench marking - IE real give and take.
2. A clause in any agreement should be that the public service unions in general have to sign up and vote on "that there will be no follow on pay claims".
Won't happened but it's time these relativity claims got dumped.
If they break the agreement the nurses pay increase should be automatically clawed back without consultation.

As an aside this country can't afford any public service increases, nurses included.
We're all special cases.
