He's always been a guy that has impressed me at Exeter. Hard edge too.
He's a #6 though isn't he?

Afaik he's an 8 though i am sure that he can play 6 also. Seems to be a straight swap for Vermeulen on less money. Hopefully that frees up money for another signing.by wixfjord

It would be very strange if they are allowed keep Vermuelen and get this lad in.wixfjord wrote: ↑January 16th, 2023, 3:25 pmAny time I've ever seen him play he's been blindside. Vermeulen and Carter both out of contract in the Summer. Ewers confirmed, Kitshoff coming after RWC.the spoofer wrote: ↑January 17th, 2023, 10:00 amIt would be very strange if they are allowed keep Vermuelen and get this lad in.wixfjord wrote: ↑January 16th, 2023, 3:25 pmAny time I've ever seen him play he's been blindside. Re: Ulster 2022-2023
I think Ulster still need help in the backrow. Yes they have finally started producing forwards but none of them are really up to the level except Timoney. They have a young lad called McLoughlin coming through who is highly thought off and McNabney as well but McCann etc. haven't really torn up trees.

Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Apparently Stockdale has been told he won't be given a central contract next time round. Ulster will now have to pick up the tab themselves.

Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Odd selection. Madigan and Cooney should be starting and the bench is packed with internationals. I wonder if Ulster fancy a tilt at the Challenge Cup?neill_m wrote: ↑January 20th, 2023, 12:19 pm Ulster Rugby team to play Sale Sharks, Heineken Champions Cup Round 4, Saturday 21 January at Kingspan Stadium (kick-off 8pm), live on BT Sport:

Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Harsh on Madigan not getting the start after last week. Seems to have a bench of "finishers" to impact the game post 50 minutes etc.Flash Gordon wrote: ↑January 20th, 2023, 3:59 pmOdd selection. We shouldn't underestimate the scale and importance of Ulster's victory - it means that we don't have to look at Alex Sanderson's cheating bulldog licking p1$$ off a nettle fizzog for another 9 months
I have Bumbleflex
Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Well Ulster manage to qualify and will face us in the last 16 unless Montpellier lose to London Irish by 27 points.
Good for Ulster. Glad that 35% of the gate in the Aviva goes to them instead of some English or French team. We'll beat them in the last 16 now.

You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Nice looking team for Ulster, and their bench really shows the depth that is available to them.
I will of course be shouting for Ulster, and hoping that they can turn their season around following last weekends victory, but looking at the table, an Ulster loss could be a good thing for Munster towards the end of the regular season.

Just because a post upsets you, that doesn’t mean that it is wrong. People have different views in all aspects of life, this is a key ingredient to an interesting conversation.
Re: Ulster 2022-2023
Really strong Ulster side which just shows how little they're losing to the 6N.
Lots of bench impact too.
I think they'll do us a favour and beat the Stormers who look like they've sent some guys home after the Euro games.
