Signed up for all the matches for the season.
Took a while to get it sorted.
Main issues were getting replays up and running.
Other issue was getting the casting option to work but that's most likely due to my local setup of old TV with old Chromecast dongle.
Just wondering how others found it

I watched the Zebre, Ulster, Leinster and Munster matches. It all worked grand except for the second half of the match from the Aviva, where at one stage I found myself looking at footage of the warm-up instead of the live feed for some reason. Think that hiccup though could have occurred at my end in Germany. The support people at URC TV - I've been in comms with a guy called Conor - have been most helpful; they sorted out the problems I had getting hooked up at the start real quick. Match playback works perfectly for me as does Chromecasting.

How does this new variant leave the urc? surely no one will be going to SA for the foreseeable future?

I suspect the quick reaction was a lesson learned from Delta - if it ends up being a fairly benign variation then I'd say they'll allow "bubbles" to travel (a bit like during lockdown). But if it's bad, you could see broader lockdowns.

I'd assume within a few weeks there will be little difference between SA and Europe - travel restrictions might slow the spread but it won't stop it
I like your right leg. A lovely leg for the role.
I've got nothing against your right leg.
The trouble is ... neither have you

Wales govt have gone full on over this, we don't have any isolation hotels here so they are making anyone who comes from a red list country ,isolate in either n Ireland, Scotland or England for 10 days before they can set foot in wales.

Cardiff will have the vast majority of their squad in isolation for the first two European games and the scarlets will be in isolation in belfast until 24 hours before their first European game

Can't see any welsh teams going out to SA under these laws

Not a good tweet, but it reads like the ramblings of a panicked mind.

How about we go hard Brexit and dump the Welsh? No one wants to see their franchises anyway. The Welsh resent the success of the Irish provinces and would rather be playing week in, week out against their English masters. I say long term the URC should look to ease out the Welsh - and the Scots, who can't even hold on to their best players - bring in the Cheetahs and A.N. Other Saffer team, plus Barcelona and maybe some Romanian or Georgian franchise. This constant griping out of Wales is tiring in the extreme.

There's talk of them getting in Ospreys players to fulfill European fixtures and they are off there in a bubble engaging in feedback loops with themselves. The blame falls in immediately banning flights (rather than just quarantine) which will discourage countries from reporting new variants. Not the Welsh government nor the URC.

None of the NH teams are due to travel to South Africa again until after the 6N.

And the new variant is here anyway.

After 7 rounds:
Most Carries: 960 Leinster
Most Clean Breaks: Leinster
Most Defenders Beaten: 173 Leinster
Most Metres: 3552 Leinster
Most Passes: 1134 Leinster
Most Turnover Won: 64 Leinster
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

I saw that before this round Connacht were leading most of the individual player stats (last I saw the only one we were leading was the individual knock-on category...) But our stats are seriously spread.

The test will be on Europe when up against the top teams. Ireland this past half year has played better attacking rugby than leinster have under Cullen. Much more if a cutting edge under Catt.

By Connacht you mean SuperMack's (You saw it here first)
Clean Breaks: 10, Defenders Beaten: 37 , Metres: 515 Mack Hansen

Gotta get this guy capped.

Silly OSS, you really should know the narrative by now - if its not Lames Lowe that's getting skinned it doesn't count!!

Mack the Back is the newest shiniest thing in Ireland and, through media persistence, the public clamour for him will grow and grow until he is capped by 'acclamation'.

If Hansen is having defensive issues regularly then feel free to compare him to Lowe. Let's not go overboard on one incidence. How many 17st hookers have done that kind of stepping?
