Does anybody else have the same problems with Now TV as I have. Used it successfully to watch Leinster-Saracens game (groan) with a £10 day pass. Done exactly the same today to watch Exeter-Toulouse, paid my £10 but still being told that I need to buy the day pass - just like the one I bought half an hour ago and got an emailed receipt for. What a joke

It's the same when you buy a subscription, even when you're logged in your are sent to the pay that tells you to subscribe to the service you already have. You need to get to the menu which is not placed in a very user friendly way. Easiest way is to run it through a PS4 if you have one.
