Absolutley unbelievable! 42, his poor family must be devastated.
BTW Munster#1, your post is a disgrace.

munster#1 wrote:I'm in complete shock, Foley was a true rugby man.

He was a true leader as a player, and he had a good run as both defensive and forwards coach, but for getting promoted too early he had a very good coaching career.

As a Shannon fan I got to witness his greatness in the Ail winning the league for fun, and then being part of what made Munster into one of the greatest teams in Europe.

RIP.
Look, it's not a time for recriminations, but the tone of some of that post is a bit unfortunate.

There'll be absolutely no one here that won't be shocked and touched by Anthony Foley's passing. He was a Munster great and a very good player for Ireland. The usual inter-provincial shite that goes on here, is never a real barometer of the regard a player- and more importantly a person is held. May he rest in peace and our thoughts are with his family and friends.

I agree, and apologise, my post was made out of shock and perhaps a bit of anger. It was unnecessary and uncalled for. I have edited it.
Just because a post upsets you, that doesn’t mean that it is wrong. People have different views in all aspects of life, this is a key ingredient to an interesting conversation.
