no dropped.
Is it a loss of form or has he reached his natural peak in terms of where he is going professionally?
I heard that Munster & Ireland set him a very definitive weight he had to maintain and he failed to do so.
Yeah he does look a bit heavy alright.

In that case I hope it's the mental kick in the ass he needs to cop on for himself.

Saw an article on munsterrugby saying he was still eligible for U19s this year. I guess he has time to cop on for himself and figure things out.

He isnt eligible again next season.

“We’ve a decent representation at Ireland U20s level – Danny Sheahan, Jacob Sheahan, Evan O’Connell, Brian Gleeson, Ruadhan Quinn, Jack Oliver, Ihechi Oji and Josh Costello. Brian Gleeson, Danny Sheahan and Jacob Sheahan are all still eligible for under 19s. Stephen Kiely was originally in the squad but he got injured, he’s under 19 as well. The final Ireland U20 squad will be named later this week. Josh Costello is out for a few weeks with a hamstring injury, Jack Oliver has an ankle injury and Andrew O’Mahony has a shoulder injury.”

nothing official yet, looks about 6'2 to the eye, not very heavy by prop standards, but very powerful

The World Rugby U20 Championship will return for the first time since the pandemic with South Africa set to host the 2023 edition this summer.

After three cancelled tournaments due to Covid-19, the World Rugby U20 Championship will take place from 24 June-14 July, the second time South Africa has welcomed the future stars of the game after 2012 when the Junior Springboks won on home soil.

Played over five match days in the Western Cape regions of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Wellington, the world’s best 12 nations have been placed into three pools and will all hope to clinch the coveted title and succeed two-time defending champions France. The team finishing last will be relegated to the World Rugby U20 Trophy next year.

The World Rugby U20 Championship 2023 participating teams are: Argentina, Australia, England, Fiji, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, Wales.

Richie Murphy’s Ireland have been paired in Pool B alongside Australia, England and Fiji.

More than 10 days since the squad was announced and the IRFU can't manage to rustle up any profiles of the U20s on their website. I think that is pretty slack.

Supposedly Quinn has bulked up to 117kg in resent months and is touching the 6’4” mark.
If true, he is a seriously big 19yr old.

Will be interesting to see where he slots in in the backrow.
At that size and with his athleticism, he could be a very destructive no8.
Just because a post upsets you, that doesn’t mean that it is wrong. People have different views in all aspects of life, this is a key ingredient to an interesting conversation.

This isn't that hard a job. Abject effort.

EDIT: It is also a niche where they are only in competition with one other website [the Six Nations website, which has an U20s section] to provide information which a significant enough minority [in terms of overall numbers] of Irish rugby fans will want to have access to.

Because it's age-grade, there is a huge turnover in players year on year. They're playing on national TV on Friday and nobody knows who these lads are or what they look like.
