Yeah I'm a bit surprised by the negativity around Farrell.

The England game was really poor, but there's a bit of recency bias there too.

We looked really good against Wales and were mixed but got over Scotland. So one poor game, one mediocre and one good.

It's a small sample size.

Scotland halting Ireland's chance of a Grand Slam decider with England before Ireland added themselves to the group of preventing England from winning the Slam in their last game.
It was three games. Hopefully they won't mess with the order of the matches like they did in 2001.

Yes indeed. Just going by memory. Wales game in between didn't quite stand out as much, probably as it didn't affect the Championhip/Grand Slam as much as the other two.

Hammered us at home, the game that saw the end of henry's reign as welsh coach. In the grand scheme of things the best thing that ever happened to him!

3 weeks for Haouas.
Seems a bit light, no?
Also, 4 consecutive vowels? Impressive.
Euouae, at six letters long, is the longest English word consisting only of vowels and, also, the word with the most consecutive vowels.

Get used to these types of posts from Blockhead when Blockhead is forced to self isolate.
Ye be warned.

Wales

Halfpenny; North, Tompkins, Parkes, L Williams; Biggar, Webb; W Jones, Owens, John, Hill, AW Jones (capt), J Navidi, Moriarty, J Tipuric.

Replacements: R Elias, R Carre, Brown, Rowlands, Faletau, G Davies, J Evans, J McNicholl

WGJ comes into the front row , hill into the second row Webb gets a start and parkes is still not dropped

I wonder what sort of crowd they will get , tickets are being offered all over the place.

Not even sure if the game should be going ahead, let alone with 70,000 people in there!

They squeezed 3,000 people from Madrid into Anfield last night!.... At the moment it's either hysteria or irresponsible behaviour, there seems to be no middle ground.

I dont think any authority can reasonably tell the WRU not to host this match when Cheltenham is going ahead as normal

Cheltenham going ahead was even more mental.

Most redundant bans ever! Im glad Marler’s offence was taken seriously, but his jokey tweet should’ve counted against him

And Harlequins say they're disappointed with the length of the ban, especially considering the other bans handed out this week.

Absolute nonsense and I'd argue that a club still tarnished by bloodgate should be a bit smarter about picking its battles.

Agreed, it was a terrible idea. Worse than a one-off match by orders of magnitude

All the WRU care about is money.

Play the game now, bank the cash, then when the 6N games are on in the autumn, Wales can fit in another international, more cash.

Or am I being too harsh on the motives of the notoriously avaricious WRU?
