Lions in Paris

Post by rjh43 »

Am bringing the girlfriend to Paris for the weekend.

Anyone know which pub is likely to be showing the Test match?

I'm sure Corcorans in Place de Clichy or O'Sullivan's on Boulevard de Clichy will be showing it.

What part of Paris are you staying in?

Possibly out of the way for you but; Go to Place de la Bastille, Rue de Lappe, Bar de Famille. Sky sports, owner is a rugby fan, and customers were ex-pats(British and Irish) who had made a local, away from the tourist area.

If staying in the 6th try Coolin in Marché Saint-Germain-des-Prés on the corner of Rue Clement and Rue Mabillon. Have watched matches there before and the shopping in the arcade is good if your girlfriend is not into the rugby.
