Well the south africa one from 97 was a classic! For me the new jersey's (and all since then) have looked like soccer jerseys.

True, the material was different as well. It just had the feel of a rugby jersey. This doesn't, stop kidding yourselves.

No, the material was the same, more or less, it was adidas climacool. There was a cheapo version alright, in a cotton-polyester blend, but I got the pro version (back before that meant stupid f%~king armourfit) and it was the same material as the 2005 one (didn't bother with the 2001 shirt).

What you're talking about isn't a rugby jersey, its a rugby themed leisure shirt. They even come with a collar, for your tie

Thats a very different jersey to what was worn in NZ and now and also in my opinion to what was worn in OZ.

Climacool = helps avoid climate warming because it's made out of plastic bottles.

Yeah but what do you expect or want? Its the Lions jersey. That means its red. Its made by adidas, that means three stripes. There isn't a whole lot else you can do with it, or that I would want done with it. The last lions jersey was a cracker. A simple, classic design. You accuse them of being lazy, but I wish they were lazier, and didn't change it at all.
Maybe it's good that Adidas are lazy in terms of design.
They could have gone down the Stade Français path, & god only knows what kind of fashion disasters they would have produced.
Oh, I'm crazy? Those f**kin' hobbit movies were boring as hell. All it was, was a bunch of people walking, three movies of people walking to a f**king volcano.

Explain why? Its called a genuine mistake, when you live with the Sasanach you will pick up a few bad habits. People should get out a little more if this offends them greatly .............
