Re: Heineken Cup 2022/23
La Rochelle bludgeoning a late try after a series of penalties on the line to take a narrow lead and close out the game. Think I seen that before.

No Stormers/Harlequins highlights or Connacht/Treviso highlights by the EPCR. Such a shoddily run organisation.
Re: Heineken Cup 2022/23
Mental finish in Sandy Park. Montpellier (a man down) draw level in last min of the game after some absolutely frantic attacking, getting turned over and then almost immediately getting a turnover pen themselves!

Thats harsh on Montpellier.

Re: Heineken Cup 2022/23
It seems unfair that a team goes through after extra time because they scored more tries in normal time.

Particularly when the opposition has home advantage.
Double whammy.

Heino 2023 quarter-final match ups:
Exeter vs Stormers
La Rochelle vs Saracens
Leinster vs Leicester
Toulouse vs Sharks
Exeter vs Stormers
La Rochelle vs Saracens
Leinster vs Leicester
Toulouse vs Sharks
Re: Heineken Cup 2022/23
I think we'll see Leinster v Toulouse and LAR v Stormers in the semis.

Saracens match in La Rochelle is on Friday afternoon at 15:00. Five day turnaround is tough on them. I’m chuffed. Although I’m not sure which of them I dislike most.riocard911 wrote: ↑April 2nd, 2023, 5:06 pm Heino 2023 quarter-final match ups:

No don't! Let the Sarries fans turn up on the Friday, both of them.
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

Unrelated to above.
Does anyone know about distribution of tickets for the final?
I would like to buy them now, but don't really want to be going to a Toulouse Stormers match.
Will Leinster season ticket holders get an allocation? If so, I will hang on and await events.
Thanks

Leinster season ticket holders will get an allocation but it will be less than the number of season tickets. I remember one year there was 7,500 for season ticketholders and that was in a bigger stadium than the Aviva.Caliphi wrote: ↑April 2nd, 2023, 6:20 pm Unrelated to above.

Re: Heineken Cup 2022/23
I already bought tickets when they originally went on sale. I would say quite a few other season ticket holders did the same because the final is in Dublin. There should be enough available once the finalists are known. They just might not be great seats though. Other fans who bought on spec hoping their team would get to the final (Munster) will also probably selling now.naraic wrote: ↑April 2nd, 2023, 6:28 pmLeinster season ticket holders will get an allocation but it will be less than the number of season tickets. Is there a resellers market for it?D4surfer wrote: ↑April 2nd, 2023, 6:52 pmI already bought tickets when they originally went on sale.
