Paddy McCarthy dropped? I wonder is there a little bit of maturing to do there. His performances so far would indicate that. Or are they just expecting to beat Scotland well and he/Mangan are rotation.

A little under the radar because of covid & post that injury, but this guy has a scary ceiling. One of the most talented, if not most talented players I have worked with.

Thought he has been good in opening games and made a big difference against Wales, but that's crazy high praise given how many have come through that system.

Is it warranted? Might he be an academy entrant? What's his best position?

he is certain to join the academy,, fullback is his best position but I expect he will also play wing as he progresses.
