Losing a home semi final is very poor.

No excuses, just not good enough.

That's the most disappointing performance I've seen this season.

I said after the La R game that power was our issue. I was right. Other posters on here poo pooed me saying it. I hope they can see it now.

We have lovely footballers, but no answer to powerful teams.

Extremely disappointing.

Questions need to be asked of the coaching ticket about their inability to see that the rest of us can. We are blessed to have Leo and Stu, but they are not beyond being questioned on this blind spot.

This is exactly how Ireland will exit the WC at the 1/4 final stage. Beaten up.

So he has a great 2018 but 4 years later we are waiting for him to get back to that level?? Wtf
Did you read the part about the concussions???? He's lucky to still be even playing, just look at Rowan Osborne...
Yes I did. So we are lucky to watch him play and can't do the job he used to? Oh Well then we may aswell just count our lucky stars.
What a bizarre take on things. I'm guessing you're just angry with the result and taking it out on players like Ryan for some reason, so I'll just leave it there and let you calm down, so you can think more clearly.

At least he's gotten himself involved. Conan was invisible while he was on the pitch

That’s what I was thinking. We needed Sextons leadership from the start, he’s our best player

Not taking it out..just saying we need him to be a big game player for us and of he can't get back to the form of old then we have to find someone else who can. It's not personal.i can assure you..

This has just become a game of confirmation bias now.

How anyone could watch that and put it down to 'power' when our pack was 30kg heavier is beyond me.

It's not even worth arguing any more.

Ref saying no more to their constant penalty giving when the game is over instead of 20 minutes ago is clown tier

Ross isn't the reason we lost. We got bullied upfront. Again..
I agree with that but not picking your best players shows a degree of complacency bordering on arrogance

Bit petty from sexton after the final whistle that he walks off in a strop. I get he's pissed off but the way he acts when he doesn't get his way is cringy to watch. Take the loss. Shake hands and move on. We were second best all night tonight..Well done bulls. Superb performance from them.

Wasn't Leinster's pack 30kg lighter?

Not having a functional lineout is what lost it. Lost by 1 point (and missed one conversion) in a very physical game against a powerful team but could, and probably would, have beaten them if the lineout worked

Am I the only one who thought their lifters were offside for their maul penalty try?

Also the scrum penalty against Porter was very questionable, their tight heads knee was on the ground.

I’m not one for “blaming the ref”, but they were clear misses and they materially affected the outcome of the match.

Devastated by that.

Our lineout was f%~king dreadful. Think we lost 5 in the5-10metre zone, a couple off Conan, Ryan and Molony, killed the limited momentum we were getting.

Johnny Sexton will be a long time gone.

Well done to the Bulls, we wanted a more competitive league, we’ve got one now.

Yep no clue.

Messing up 90% of our lineouts and being unable to get any clean ball besides the try was power.

Making a huge amount of unforced handling errors was power.

Getting kicks blocked was power.

Scrumhalves passing to a guys feet and then looping the next pass into the air is power.

A starting 10 who lacks athleticism compared to some of his own inside forwards is power.

A maul that couldn't stop a team with 30kg on them is all power.

Conceding 18 turnovers is power.

Looking like we expected to turn up and win is power.

No clue.

Well so, thats the season over. No trophies, first time since 2017.
End of an era, no more Toner, Cronin, McLouglin, Dunne, Murphy et all.
Tell ye one thing though. we have a League!
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!
