On the injury front, RSVP and Johnny will both take a full part in training this week. Harry and Adam Byrne also will take a full part in training while Conor O'Brien will step up his training workload.

On the flip side and in addition to the Porter's toe injury, Tommy O'Brien picked up a hamstring injury in the captain's run last week.

Bent's performance last week was a 50 minute phone call and his worst for two years. Get Vak on the pitch with Clarkson on the bench. Put Fardy and Dev out for a last gallop together. Give JGP a chance to remind Faz why he picked him for Ireland in the first place alongside Sexton. Tell Ryan & Ringer they can go on their hols and get a good long rest.

I’d say Murphy wasn’t cited, because there was no clear case to answer. For some reason you seem to have an agenda there ??..
From my perspective it looked like Murphy ruffled Hasting’s fringe...certainly there was no ‘gouge’.... and very unlikely that (Doctor) Murphy , would have perpetrated such an act.

Nothing to do with a gouge. There was clear contact with the eye area though, which is what the laws state.

Great to see Vakh back, pity Adam didn’t make it too. Happy to see Milne there too.

Not a fan of JOB being on the wing again but I guess it’s understandable for a few reasons.

Really I’m just hoping that Healy comes through unscathed and that the guys who feel they should be heading to SA really drive the performance and then head off early.
