Connacht now making poor decisions and giving away daft penalties.

Jaysus, after 10 minutes I was thinking of turning over to an old episode of only fools and horses. I'm glad I didn't.

Serb wrote: May 8th, 2021, 7:56 pm That penalty against the Connacht 4 was ridiculous. Never a penalty. I’ll take it though.
He kicked the ball at one of our players, of course it’s a penalty.

Said it recently that we need to get Hugo on the ball as much as possible, things happen when he’s involved and he wasn’t really last week. Seems like he feels aggrieved about the Lions selection!
He should be aggrieved that the IRFU paid to help Zebo come because they think the Irish team need him.

May didn't make the Lions either. So it's not like Keenan is alone.
I just meant he was fired up

Connacht were living off our mistakes. We’ve cleaned our act up and taken a hold of the game. If we can keep our discipline, I think we’ll get a good win here.

Yeah would have just been a 5m scrum anyway, not like they’d have got a penalty for anything.

Feel like there’s so much niggle in this that both captains will regret not being able to call a challenge for foul play at some stage.

Would it not have been a drop out to Connacht on their own goal line with the new laws?

Looks like Frawley has done a hamstring. Was that his initial injury? Turning into a bit of a Mr. Glass.

Oh sorry you’re right, I’m a legacy fan

I can’t work out how Frawley’s hamstring went there, bizarre. Poor guy has no luck, had been excellent.

It’s been his hamstring every time. He surely needs to get surgery on it now if he hasn’t already

What a kick that was, Carteresque!

We were on course to lose by about 90 points at the rate Connacht were scoring but since then we’ve scored at a rate that might make over 100, what a bizarre game.

I’d like to see another angle of Blade’s try, wonder did Bealham knock the ball on.

You beat what’s in front of you so no complaints

But this is really showing up the gulf between P14 and Europe. Conn aren’t the second best side in the league but they’re not the worst, they’re at home, fairly full selection. But we’ve been able to walk a mail over from 20 metres almost unopposed and score with a badly hit cross kick where the only wide out defence was a couple of front rowers.

The difference is in what you get away with (Ross’ poorly hit kick) or what succeeds
