Brilliant commentary, noticed that Baird had come on about 10 minutes after he did.

It's important that we don't let them get a bonus point.

Nor Keenan, but thats due to a lack of experience for both. Keenan well full tilt across and got stepped very easily - Baird went too high and focussed on the ball instead of just stopping the man

Fair play. After our worst opening ten minutes since the Exeter match that was one hell of a turnaround for the rest of the match.

Well didn’t think I would be saying thank god we had the rainbow cup to play in after Europe! After the pain of last week it was good to see the boys at it again. Shaky start but they really drove through Connacht at the end

A few minutes later he was bundled into touch as well. He really needs to figure out the physicality bit over the summer. He's a bit of a luxury second row right now. Amazing athletic ability in broken play and on our defensive lineout, but he needs to balance the books a bit more on the teak tough side.

Kinda glad we didn’t. Funny in some ways, but it wasn’t a classy thing they did.

Maybe things have changed over the years, but it was always traditional to let a retiring foward have a kick in his last game, especially if he wa a real clubman.

Remember when Connacht let John Muldoon take a conversion against us

What a shout.

Connacht with 83 tackles & 61% possession to Leinster's 153 & 39%! Mad considering the score

Nice to see, but again you'd have to wonder how these types of league games serve Leinster when you look at last week.

Even the most ardent Pro14/Rainbow Cup booster would have to admit it's a totally different level.
It’s a week late. But nice to see an improvement happening in areas where weakness was exposed.
