Having Rhys would be a huge boost.
Better him playing this than being a 24th man in Rome.

You'd think so, and I'd agree - but I don't think AF will.

Will Glasgow now be stronger given Scotland game postponed?

Ulster have put out a belter of a side for their game tomorrow.
Could be a tough task to turn them over in Ravers.
Which makes this an absolutely crucial game!

Him and VDF can’t both the the 24th man so we should get one back.mildlyinterested wrote: ↑February 25th, 2021, 11:42 am probably unlikely but I wonder if Ruddock might be released?

Good point.
The question is will Leocaster consider them for selection having being away all week

Very unlikely as Leo has never dumped a player who has preped for a game ,except because of injury. That's one of his strong points for the overall Squad loyalty.

If the option is Rhys/VDF or Soroka/another academy player you'd have to start the senior player every day of the week.

Great first 15, bench is very callow though!

Considering our entire first choice backline is starting for Ireland this weekend that’s a brilliant team to be able to put out. TOB, COB and AB out injured too

Re: Glasgow at Home, Sunday the 28th, 5.30pm
Bent being back should help Penny at the back of the scrum and he's good at the back of a maul so that might bode well. He's very strong when he gets wrapped up so if he does get into trouble I'd say he'll be good at just holding onto the ball until supports gets around him. No doubt we look like we're lacking a ball carrier around the park though.
Hopefully with so many ballers in the backs we can keep the ball alive and change the point of contact so that the lack of an 8 doesn't matter so much. That front five should really give a good platform for it.
