Welsh Rugby Union interim chief executive Steve Phillips says a £20m loan, which will go to the four regions, has been agreed.
The loan will be divided between the Cardiff Blues, Scarlets, Dragons and Ospreys with the sides responsible for repayment over a five-year period

Five years? No chance.

Yeah it’s a takeover. Apparently he’s that way inclined according to gwlad anyway.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

They're f*cking mental. I'd take anything out of them with a handful of salt.

Not sure of the logistics of this so just putting it out there but should the crowd restrictions outside Dublin increase to 500 over the next couple of weeks (probably no point for 200) would it be feasible to move Home Pro14 matches outside the capital. Could be an opportunity to get the team back in front of some spectators again?

Probably cost more then they'd make but, just a thought!

Not only the cost, but it couldn't be televised so it would end up losing Leinster an absolute packet

Athlone/Buccaneers are aligned to IRFU Connacht, so don't think this is a runner.

Given that this is supposed to be starting in 11 days is there any sign of an actual fixture list?

Good question. A few articles today mention us having our first league game in less than two weeks but no actual mention of who we're playing. No fixtures on the Leinster site, nothing related to the 20-21 season in the Ultimate Ruby or Pro14 apps either.

I guess it must all still be a work in progress.
