Between COB and Penny.
Penny has probably been the biggest revelation of the year, but for me COB has had more impact. Have been really impressed with how he has improved this year too.

Yeah I’m just repeating what’s said but on pure impact it’s COB takes it for me. Honorable mention for penny who made a massive impact in the Celtic Cup and then followed it up with some great performances fir the seniors all while only in year one.

O’Sullivan could soon have the most appearances and play the Heineken Cup Final and yet not even have a single vote (so far) for Academy player of the season.
That’s strong competition!
COB has the advantage if we weight towards senior team as most here would, Penny if his U20 exploits count for a lot.
With Noel Reid leaving COB becomes a starting centre during the RWC. Although I suppose that’s also possible for Penny, O’Sullivan and Frawley.
