I think we're being a bit picky, but technically it is County Carlow FC and Clontarf FC - both predate the IRFU

I’m absolutely being picky, all tongue in cheek though…

They love the county as it really annoys Tullow!Dave Cahill wrote: ↑September 27th, 2021, 7:49 pm I think we're being a bit picky, but technically it is County Carlow FC and Clontarf FC - both predate the IRFU

Great list and 53 players out of two (playing) generations is an extraordinary export rate. Possibly the next topic line is "Which players would you like to see return?"mildlyinterested wrote: ↑September 27th, 2021, 6:28 pmlaighin heart wrote: ↑September 27th, 2021, 6:24 pm Great list MI -thank you.
Gavin Thornbury might feel a bit miffed though.

Almost everything about CCFC annoys Tullow. Except when they nearly went bankrupt. That didn't annoy themthe spoofer wrote: ↑September 27th, 2021, 8:45 pmThey love the county as it really annoys Tullow!Dave Cahill wrote: ↑September 27th, 2021, 7:49 pm I think we're being a bit picky, but technically it is County Carlow FC and Clontarf FC - both predate the IRFU

I see that Jordan Coghlan and Cathal Marsh lined out for Terenure in the AIL today.
Look out Itchy, he's Irish

Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but Mike Ross is now involved in World Rugby's displinary panels. He was involved in a Canadian players panel most recently.

Lucas Berti played 12 and kicked a couple of goals for Bristol u18s at the weekend, think it was their first game of the season. There is highlights on YouTube but not much to see really.
Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
Tadgh McElroy is on the bench, for LI's game against Wasps on Sunday.

Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
Flake has signed a 2 year extension with Munster. If he can stay injury free, their young fly half (Healy?) will have to move to get meaningful game time.

Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
Healy is very well set for gametime. Id be more concerned about how they are playing.
Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
He is whilst Flake is injured. Then he's in exactly the same position that Carbury was at Leinster.

Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
Carbery was fighting for 2nd choice in Leinster. And he was still well off there. He should have stayed, why would I want a different player to make the same mistake. Healy was starting to fight for 1st choice with Carbery and now Carbery broke his elbow so he has a run at the team.
Even if Carbery comes back soon and stays fit, Healy will play every week (from the bench)
The danger for Healy now is that he plays badly enough that Munster are forced to go to market. He hasn't had to carry the weight of scrutiny yet.

Jack Crowley is there, they wont be going to the market.
Re: Leinster exiles, where are they.
With Healy, Crowley and Carbery, they’ve got enough depth for a few years yet. That’s not to say they won’t bring someone in however — they tried to sign Handrè Pollard for the 2019/20 season with all those players plus JJ Hanrahan in place.

Healy would have been 20 at the beginning of the 19/20 season, and Crowley just out of school
