Jonno Gibbes, has strong Leinster ties and is an excellent coach, two years experience in france and a return "home" could easily work alongside Dempsey and Cullen.
Then again he already left Leinster and may not want to return.

Deans/McKenzie are not realistic.

how about MOC out MOK in,

at least Big Mal could call a line out, plus the bonus of only a single character initial change, it's a win-win

Is No Idea available. Only issue is he is a bit too similar in style to MOC.

Has anyone said Jake White yet? Can I have that one. How about Nick Mallet? He's a regular in these lists too isn't he?

Bearing in mind that MOC was our most high profile coach of the last 3 I'd suggest that when MOC does actually go his replacement might not be someone we all know. After all how many of us knew who Cheiks or Schmidt were prior to them being announced?

Carlos Spencer looks like he has lost out in the power struggle behind the scenes at the Kings and will either be shunted sideways for a big name(for the Kings second SR stint) in the hope it will cover up the lack of good players being signed. Cheeky Watson looks primed to go down the "big name coach route", failing that he will be getting in a DOR, either way, it would be worth monitoring the Kings during the CC and see how they go under Spencer as HC. They have comfortably the worst squad in the comp, practically no infrastructure, terrible underage and Vodacom cup coaching and playing squads, a corrupt and incompetent ANC lackey administration. If Spencer can get that rabble playing in his image, he would be worth a punt if/when he gets shunted sideways before/after SR starts.
Other than that we are delving into the realm of assistant coaches with no experience as HC.

COS has done a good job with Quins. He won the premiership playing good rugby while always bringing through young players.

Hes not the coach though, they've a different system to that used in Leinster. He has the same role in Quins as Humph major had in Ulster
