Harlequins have signed Australian International Lock James Horwill from Queenlsand Reds.

Horwill will join the London club on a three-year deal following the conclusion of the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

RE Armitage Its just always nice to see bad things happen to bad people

RE Horwill to Quinns, with AAC off to Bordeaux of all places Australia could be pants for a year or two after the world cup but come the following world cup they could have a serious team of guys playing Super and International rugby for 4 years instead of maybe one. Good signing for Quinns

Dom Ryan gave evidence in his defence fair play.

Yeah he went to ground fairly dramatically. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'd say he took a scratch to the face. Given the guy doing it was 6'8" it could hurt quite a lot.

Wasps won away to Gloucester 30-23 earlier. Their first away win in premiership this season apparently?

Montpelier news - sorry wrong thread

Mohed Altrad has confirmed this Sunday on the sidelines of Castres-Montpellier (27-9) , the arrival of Jake White and Shaun Sowerby, as announced in our columns Thursday . "They arrived as planned. They should take office tomorrow (Monday), "said the president of Montpellier, stating that a press release would be issued late Monday afternoon.

Reportedly, Jake White (51) arrives in a consultant for six months, while Shaun Sowerby (36) supports the training of forwards, a vacant since the dismissal of Mario Ledesma November

prevalence of citing comissioners probably limits Ledesma's ability as a coach

Castres have finally found some form since we played them. A good thing we are now playing them at home and that they will hopefully be disinterested as out. Very hard to see us getting 5 points out of the game though. And they have some dangerous individuals even if they don't treat the game seriously.

Combined with Wasps' excellent form, it will be a nail-biting few weeks. Given how relatively average Quins were, we may well regret being so average ourselves.

Castres is always disinterested, and shamefull in EC. 5 easily points for you.

I would think Castres coming here will be completely indifferent to the game. They know they're completely out of the ECC and they're right in the thick of it near the bottom of the T14. All of their focus will be on their domestic situation. They might send a team that is peppered with first choice players but they won't have their foot to the floor or close to it.

We should absolutely be targeting a 4 try win in that game and ripping into them from the first second.

Wasps game definitely going to be tricky. But if Moore, Healy and O'Brien available its a different story.
