Who do people think will be added?
Below all quite likely/likely to be added:
Peadar Timmins(Backrow), Nick McCarthy(Scrumhalf), Ross Byrne(Outhalf), Gary Ringrose(Centre), Ian Fitzpatrick(Wing), Cian Kelleher(Wing/Fullback). Many(Any) others?

Of this seasons academy Furlong, O Shea, Conan, Coghlan Murray all move to development contracts.

Nothing which is odd.
Hopefully it has nothing to do with a new policy regarding academy info being released.
Munster are miles ahead of the other provinces in that regard.

They might want to see who plays well in the JWC before they make a final decision.

JWC Review of Academy players
Peter Dooley: has been impressive, struggled with the welsh TH but so did the whole scrum.
Ross Molony: continues to look pretty good, lineout was a mess versus France but not sure how much that can be blamed on him.
Billy Dardis: 1 sub appearance so far, looked good when he came on versus France.

Rumoured new entries
Peadar Timmins: two starts so far and has looked better than he did in the 6N. Very good in lineout vs France.
Nick McCarthy: two starts so far has been okay, doesn't offer much of a threat at sniping.
Ross Byrne: two starts so far, very good versus Wales, was okay versus France.
Gary Ringrose: two starts so far, excellent versus Wales, much improved from 6 nations.
Cian Kelleher: two starts so far at fullback, been quite good in both games.
Ian Fitzpatrick: 1 start so far, was okay, didnt get much ball.
Harrison Brewer: 1 sub appearance so far, only had a few minutes so would be unfair to rate performance.

Dunno how I made that mistake.

Wonder if any of the other squad players could push for an academy place.

Possibly Heffernan but that's mostly down to there now being no tightheads in the academy now. Suspect he may have to wait another year though.

Craig Trenier was selected to start against France but he picked up an injury.

With Marsh and Crosbie already there and both better players than Byrne, it's surely unlikely Byrne will be added to the academy.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

Byrne is almost certainly going in.

At the same age neither were playing for Ireland u20, while Byrne is among our better players at the JWC

Crosbie could also be seen as a 12. He was good there for the u20s and I remember some people suggesting that was where his future lay.

yeah he reminds me a bit of Noel Reid at the same stage of development

Also at the end of the day Marsh is pretty small, so far that hasn't held him back that much but at the top level it could be a problem.. hopefully not because he is a lovely rugby player

That's highly debatable, Byrne is a year young for the U20s too

Not sure if this is the right place for this but apparently Craig Trenier is going to Ulster.
