Sad but a necessary and progressive step today by Leinster Rugby.

Maybe have a look at the beginning of this thread, when his removal was first mooted. There were some strong voices, some of them obnoxious, others just showing their depth of knowledge, but all giving out about the posts looking for his Removal.

Well gents, it a year, a month, and 10 days before he has left/was removed.
No need to be embarrassed about your ill informed judgement, just not to be as obnoxious next time.

Thank you, that was a much nicer way of putting it than I was about to.

Lads, have a sense of humour and look at the stick I took when I started the thread.
And unfortunately my judgement was right

I am sure there are better qualified contributors than me to close this thread but would someone please do it soon. MOC was apparently a nice guy and I do not think he is that bad a coach. I just think he was not good enough for Leinster and the difficulties of dealing with the Irish problem of missing loads of guys for long periods of the season. He appeared to do ok when he had a full deck but even then it was not wonderful.

I would wish him all the best and hope he finds a job more suited to him.

Bring on next season.

We have the worlds best outhalf available for part of it, the Pro 12 golden boot for more of it, and a serious pack.
I just hope Leicester lite did not rub off on the assistant coach too much.

I always taught MOC was only a part of the problem, hope I'm proved wrong
