Sounds like he's benching. When he did his ankle ligaments on the Lions tour, I was really worried about a longer-term absence so this is a real bonus. A solid 50 from McGrath, plus Ciano off the bench makes loosehead one of the strongest positions for tomorrow.

what a night mare for a tight head, McGrath going flat out at you for 50 and then having to face a fresh Healy!
Nice!

They might start him just in case if he were to come off the bench and then break down could McGrath replace him? I'm not sure.

If he's involved I don't think they'll worry about him breaking down, but rather match fitness. I reckon bench.

Is Maitland going to be available for selection for this one or is he injured? Their back 3 takes on a very different look when he's involved.

FitzMonkey was named a few days ago. :(

Mixed bag there in the team. Good to see Kearney and Healy in the squad, but you can see why we need Tuqiri with Madigan having to play FB.

Fanning has been decent, but up against DTH or Maitland in an away match?......

Also curious they've left Strauss on the bench who is a big, big player for them.

Roux Fitz and McFadden are the ones I would like to have seen back. They seem to be falling to the "week too soon" virus

Yeah, Denton starting but with Leo out and Roux having the "week too soon" there's not many options. Hopefully he puts in a big game.
Dont Panic!
