I presume this is the project Dave was alluding to in a previous thread.

Yep, three parts over two discs. From the foundation of DUFC to the game going pro, the professional era and the current day.

Very excited by this. Something that has been sorely missing for Leinster fans, a dvd other than those cr@p sky sports ones. (which in truth I actually like for the memories and rugby alone)

Very good level of history. There are three parts, part 1 is given entirely over to the pre-professional years and has interviews with, amongst others, Bill Mulcahy, Willie Duggan, Seamus Kelly (RIP), Mick O'Flanagan and various Dawsons. Part 2 is the professional game through to the end of Michael Cheikas time in charge and part three is the Schmidt era

I'm more looking forward to the golden years under rugby guru Kidney. He's a really good guy and knows what he's doing in general.

Well wouldn't mind seeing the class act that was David Howell in that season again, for me he was up there if not better than Dr. Phil.

As for Kidney I.m sure we haven't heard the last of that Leicester quarter final that ended with Leo and Jenno heading off.

Seems that period is skipped. I would have thought that season had a bearing on where Leinster are now.

It's a sad reflection on where Leinster Rugby is today when the misspelling of Jane Austen's name makes it through the editing process.

Got this for Christmas. Only watched a bit so far, but I thought Michael Cheika was really interesting to listen to.
