So it's silly season, and not much rugby to talk about when's our new jersey coming out?

If its not out by tomorrow then they'll have missed the Fathers day market.

The three star jersey was in the Leinster store a few days after the final.

Really? Thought that would have been better advertised. Knew nothing about it.

Would be nice if LR gave mugs who bought the 2 star version last year a few quid off. Bit of an auld trade in deal

Cool.
I'd better start dropping a few hints so.

Any chance they'd do a stitching service in the Leinster store to attach a 3rd star for a tenner or something? :mullet 4:

Not sure about the Leinster Store but maybe the OLSC would be interested in contacting someone like Phoenix Embroidery in the KCR Industrial Estate to see if they'd be interested in providing a service.

edit.... actually, just thinking that the OLSC must already have a contact for embroidery because the hats they give out at some of the away games are embroidered

We got ours done in Ashbourne for €5 each. Beats buying a new jersey.

Is it my eyes or are the promised three stars short by a count of two on the alternate white jersey and one on the regular jersey? Has anyone been into the shop lately and is it just a case of they can't be arsed taking a new picture?

That's bizarre that they have pics of the last season jersey with one star... it was never, ever made with one star... so someone had to go out of their way to edit that pic.. Why? Are we just going to have 'one star' rather than a collection, or is someone missing something?

The 2 stars on my this season's jersey are slightly different shades and it has been driving me a little bit crazy (I'm a bit strange about stuff like that  ). My guess would be that an initial batch of the jerseys was made with just the 1 star before the 2011 win and that the pics are of that initial batch and then there was a bit of a panic to get star number 2 on to them all.

Anyone else noticed their stars are different colours or is it only me who is anal about such stuff??
