Any word on the captains run, how it went and whether everyone took a full part?
Looking good.......

Drico sat it out! Presumably the keyhole surgery showed little or no damage and they're giving max time to the post op healing process.
Anybody know how long it takes to recover from non invasive key hole surgery?
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

Nice to see Kevin in but cannot understand why Toner is not playing. The line-out is a problem and Leo is off the pace otherwise in any event. Hope and expect us to win in any event but we could have made it easier.

expect a tough first half. Lots of hard hits. We could have a few subs in by half time. Hope weather is fine and ref lets things flow.

Good post blue man.

The only serious threat that I can see is at the breakdown (and maybe the lineout) They have a very decent backrow, and pienaar to take advantage of anything they win. With jenno on the bench and maybe darce and bod not fully fit, things could get tricky in the rough and tumble. But Leo and thorn could make up for that.

With locky on and toner available we should be able to deal with the lineout.

So, nervous but confident. Which is the best way to be, right ?

You are aware that Leo is our captain, are you?

There has never been any doubt about anyone other than O'Driscoll. Rob and Boss are fine. O'Driscoll will be touch and go.

Don't know about that. I thought there was a big difference in our (collective) play as soon as Leo came on against Glasgow.

Didn't realise being Captain meant you had to play.

I too would have Toner playing. As others have posted I hope he at least makes it on to the pitch for some game time.

I'm in Reading. Hearing rumours that Boss is out and that Redan had
problems during captains run also. Also.hearing Bod and SOB did not train. Anybody hear anything?

According to the IT Cooney did the defensive drills instead of Boss so there is definitely an issue. BOD we knew about. Thorn also didn't train with the squad but no concerns there I believe.
