Everyone seems to be taking the piss on this thread.

I spoke to a Sanix Blues Club official today. He confirmed that the Club are agreeable to his move to Leinster. However he feels there are some issues he has to attend to before he moves. He has been made a Community Leader in his neighbourhood in Japan and he is supposed to be inducted in mid March. The Japanese are big on ceremony and it is unlikely he will snub this ceremony. In addition he is best man at his sisters wedding in New Zealand in early April. Lastly he has indicated that he intends to compete in the Tokyo marathon in April.

So he won't be cling to Leinster

Great signing by Leinster, especially Joe, our young forwards could really learn a thing or two about what it takes to have a very long and successful
career from one of the Legends of the Rugby League and Union codes.
