Blues Talk TV is a labour of love the guys put together in their spare time after work. A lot of prep goes into the production. It takes a night to record, and then a night to process, package and upload. More power to them, I think we're lucky to be getting it as quick as we do...

Fully accept that - and having now watched episode 5 consider the sharp analysis given by all the guys on show far superior to much of what we see and hear from the 'professional' rugby fraternity. If ever I stumble upon anyone involved in the production team in a bar wherever, there's a drink in it from me.

Great stuff lads. Good, clear and concise opinions. Keep 'em coming!
The sport that unites Catholic, Protestant and dissenter has had its day of days. Pity anybody who can't enjoy it. Some day.

First...loving the show, keep it up.
I'm listening to it on MP3 format rater than video...I dunno much about sound recording and all that, but there is a vast difference in the quality between the analysis part and the news part in Ep 5. With the news part being way more clear and easy to listen to. To hear it I have to have my player up full and my radio pretty high and there is a constant hiss in the background. I've tried various sound levels and its not working.

Not turning me off the show as I do enjoy it. Keep it up. Fair play.

Great stuff lads. Was humming that opening tune all Saturday night.
Isn't that the old Hawaii 5-0 theme tune, a real classic.
This whole venture is very good.
Thanks guys.

Must say I disagree with the criticism of Murphy and Connacht for not settling for the losing bonus point. If the situation was reversed and we were only five points down in the last minute we'd be disgusted if we kicked the ball out. We'd want them to go for it.

Not sure, but I think the boys meant Connacht shouldn't have kept passing it around when they were pinned so deep in their own half with the clock run out. They WERE unlucky that Clancy didn't award them the scrum feed moments before in our 22, and if he had, then few would've blamed them for pressing ahead for the try. But the smart play at the death was to keep the bonus point and Ryan's intercept try proved it.

So I guess I'm saying you're both right?

Absolutely right about the A House theme tune. The first episode I watched was no. 3, which for some reason has the Hawaii 5-0 theme music, at least it does when you click the "available here " on one of the previous postings, all the rest seem to be A House, I prefer the Hawaii 5-0 I must admit but that's my only complaint.
All in all great stuff. As someone who opens loads of emails and attachments everyday I find the TV format great, if it was just a blog I don't think I'd bother no matter how good it was.

It's called Tuber Chat T.V.. This week they discuss the upcoming turnip season, and look ahead to this weekend's Feast of the Boiled Swede.

Just to clarify, the episode of Blues Talk TV that came out after the Munster game had the Hawaii 5-0 theme tune for really obvious reasons involving the numbers 5 and 0.
Champions of Europe 09, 11 & 12!
Pro 12 and Challenge Cup Champions 13!
Pro 12 Champions 14!
Magners League Champions 08!
Best supported in the Magners League 08 & 11!

Obvious when you tell us certainly. I must have missed that one.
When Muriel said "the Munster one" I thought she meant there was an equivalent production on mf.com
