Quite a lot of Irish in Canada at the moment, so just to add, P.J. O'Briens shows the games live in TORONTO, it's on Church and Colborne and is a nice spot, very well known around town, most people will be able to direct you from downtown.

We are a crowd of Leinster fans in Madrid and we watch Magnier´s games in The James Joyce and Heineken games in Finnegan´s.

Hey, just wondering if any of you guys have been to Beijing recently? If so, can you recommend somewhere that might show the France-Ireland game this week? The websites of the pubs are not very helpful, and some haven't replied to my e-mails.

Was over there two years ago during the olympics and Paddy O'Sheas http://paddyosheas.ucehk.com/index.html is probably a good bet. They were showing the all-ireland games and premiership matches so i'd say they'd show the rugby. Seemed a popular venue for ex-pats

Got this from someone living in Beijing at the moment. . .

"The Den" (home of the Beijing Devils rugby club) and its open 24hrs.

"Danger Doyles" (upstairs) just around the corner.

Likely "The Pavillion" too (though not sure of its closing times) - they
are all in the CBD - first two are probably the best bet.

There is also a sports bar on the west gate of Chaoyang Park too - All Star
Sports I think, but not sure - never been.

There's also Franks Place, out at the Lido area. That would definitely be
showing it - its a massive expat community out there.

If I go to watch games its usually The Den or Danger Doyles (Brit/Irish
pubs). The Den is usually busier, but you can always duck between the two
to see whats better.

And if they get hungry, Beijing Hooters is right smack bang in between
them.

Cheers mate, that is some help. The fact that the Den is the home of a rugby club makes it a decent bet. I'll probably head along to that one. Beijing Hooters? awesome

I'm heading over for the match in Twickenham but so far haven't had any luck in tracking down any tickets, any recommendations of where is the best place to watch it over there? Am staying near Waterloo but willing to travel if there's likely to be a large group of Irish congregated.

Any pub around the ground should have atmosphere (and other people without tickets). The Marriott which is right next door to the stadium has massive screens and you'd probably hear the crowd from there too.

magic capet in cornelscourt is great for leinster games, the regulars are often decked out in the latest leinster gear and are very friendly...a proper rugby pub

Not sure if they have Setanta but from memory there was a sports bar in the Casino complex at the end of the beach strip. Might be worth giving them a call.

Great stuff, finally a pub I can walk (stumble) home from again. Absolute nightmare trying to get to the druids chair
