U3 Row 21 - seats 26 and 31, likewise in U2 Row 5 & 10 are free. In both cases just ask the four people in between to move up one.

There's an "Irish Rugby Ticket Sales" page on Facebook. A number of Welsh clubs are selling tickets at face value. There is a good selection.
