Just buy at the ground, covered stand at side is or at least was unreserved seating and dont buy online as sometimes female supporters are free or reduced prices on the day if applicable to you.
Plenty of good food in town Trattoria del Tribunale is one of our favourites and if you have a big crowd book in advance and ask for a room if they have one suitable, I have had groups up to 32 and smallest room think is 10.
Typical food from the region.
Garibaldi square has a decent range of pizzeria style restaurants that also serve plenty of other local dishes, you won't go hungry is one thing sure.

Loads of trains. The regional ones are the cheapest. Buy the tickets from the machines at the station. They are easy to use with English instructions. It's not a long journey.

A small word of warning. Give yourself plenty of time to purchase any train tickets. Queues for tickets at Italian train stations whether it is a machine or a human being can be excruciatingly slow.
