Well, as a devout cheapskate when it comes to match tickets anyway, I'll be buying for behind the goal.
The sport that unites Catholic, Protestant and dissenter has had its day of days. Pity anybody who can't enjoy it. Some day.

Unless it is the only terrace option, as a devout "not watching from behind the goaler" I will be looking at option 1 or 2

Hate watching from behind the posts - equally hate paying double that for elsewhere, but I reckon I will cave and go long side - I guess they have to pay those massive wages somehow!

Ok, here's my attempt:

Outer stand is Lafontan A & D, Bonnus A & C. Their price €65, our price €58.50.
Inner stand is Lafontan B & C, Bonnus B. Their price €75, our price €67.50.
Behind the goals is Tribune Finale and Tribune Delangre. Not sure how that maps to the description Toulon fan has given us.

Alternatively, we haven't been given anything in Lafontan B & C, Bonnus B. Their €65 tickets are €67.50 for us. Outer stand would therefore mean Ailerons, so their €50 is our €58.50. Frankly, charging us a bit extra than the home team may make this version more likely.

The map of the ground on this page might help.

I could give you odds of my house to a box of matches that the bold bit is not true.

Yeah, hence the second bit. I know I could have removed the first part of the post, but didn't bother.

Blue bits are definitely behind goals but the House to matches rule applies. I reckon the €30 ones above are in the corners behind the goal standing or something, and that is the cheap option. (If there are standing areas down there they would be cr@p view)

If the red bits equate then how come the black bits are so different in price?

See what I mean about matching up?

So the €31.50 tickets are terraces? Assume the other tickets are seated?

Hard to tell. But if there are standing areas either side of the main stand there looks to be no terrace. i. e. They are flat.

That link seems to imply its all seating.

Had a quick look at the grounds I knew on that site (RDS, Lansdowne, Thomond, Adams park etc) and it seems to be accurate for them..

A bit of confusion here...

These are the prices we got in Toulon and some clues :

Plan

- stand up along Aileron Nord: 30€ - all along the northern 22 meters zone, no sun at game time, no roof.

- Stands Finale & Delangre: 35€ - no roof with seats, behind the posts, Delangre got the sun on its back, Finale with sunset in the eyes is the most animated stand.

- Stand Quart de Virage: 40€ - no roof with seats, good sight of the field, sunset may be in the eyes

- Stands Ailerons North & South : 50€ - no roof with seats, both on the 22m zones

- Bonnus A & C: 65€ - seats and roof, lower pale sunset in the eyes, great sight of the field, but steep stairs and lower ranks behind the ads panels (I'd say ranks 1 to 4 usually sold as stand up tickets).

- Bonnus B: 75€ - same as Bonnus A & C but in between the 40 - 40 lines : best stand so far ! Of course, mosst of it is blocked by RCT season tickets holders and very few seats would be available.

- Lafontan A & D: 65€ - seats and roof edge, official stand, sun at your side or shadowed, good sight and good height but a bit distant of the field.

- Lafontan B & C: 75€ - same as A & D, with a better roof protection and closer to the officials and guests zone.
I'm french. Please correct my english mistakes !

Any general sense of which is the best area yet, really important that we can focus support in one area as close to pitch side as possible ?.
