ERC Away fixtures 2021/2

Hi

not sure how active this forum is right now. I am a long time season ticket holder. Looking at heading over to Bath and Monpellier for the European games this season. The official line is :

2021/22 weekends

Round 1 – 10/11/12 December
Round 2 – 17/18/19 December
Round 3 – 14/15/16 January 2022
Round 4 – 21/22/23 January 2022

Does anyone have any idea when the Bath and Montpellier away game wil be or even which game will be in 2021 and which will be in 2022.

There haven't been any indications yet.

But knowing how Leinster try to negotiate fixtures for ERC, they usually try to get the big draw home game for the late December fixture - sell it as the big Christmas game. I'd say they try to get Bath at home for Round 2

Yeah. Normally I'd say they'd hope to play them at home first but with only 4 games they might have to pick from a home game round 1 or round 2. I'm guessing commercial interests might influence that.

But it's hard to know. Wouldn't book anything you can't cancel at this stage

This will be the first time since Lansdowne rd opened as the aviva stadium in Autumn 2010 that the H cup game closest to Christmas was not there
