Is it correct that the 4 countries will smallest populations, Iceland, N. Ire, wales &Re of Ireland, have qualified for last 16? The Year of the Underdog!

Albania who just missed out are only 2.8m apparently so smaller than us (Republic of Ireland) at over 4.6m...
