West Ham sack Zola
Soccer: West Ham have sacked manager Gianfranco Zola. A statement on the club's website read: "The Board of Directors would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future. The Club will now be focusing its efforts on seeking a replacement."


I'm actually happy for Zola, a decent man who did a fine job in the circumstances. At least he'll no longer have to sully himself but having any dealings with those two sleazy creeps Gold and Sullivan.
