Stephen Ireland in Quit Shocker!?

Post by Leinster Exile »

This guy really gets on my t*ts. Does he think he is the Irish Bernd Schuster?
Most young lads soccer or rugby would pull out their own teeth if they thought it would help in their bid to play for ROI and Ireland respectively

He can fock off with himself. You shouldn't have to be persuaded not to retire from playing for your country, at the age of 21.

He's not particularly good anyway. I know we're not spoiled for choice but with that kind of attitude he can sod off

With a car like that, I'm glad he's not going to play anymore.... More "Ride my pimp" than "Pimp my ride"

BTW Any truth in the rumour that he's going to change his name by deed poll......

Any suggestions ?

Not at choosing cars obviously. Nice looking chav-mobile if that's your bag, the kid obviously earns too much and doesn't have anyone close to him to give him some good advice....

Is this the real reason behind his departure ??

From Irish Times Health Supplement
'Hair loss can devalue your sense of being'

Male hair loss is often regarded as a joke - but for sufferers, it is no laughing matter, writes Ciarán Brennan .

IT BECAME the case of the grannies who never died. When Republic of Ireland footballer Stephen Ireland withdrew from the squad before last September, he said it was because his maternal grandmother had died, then changed that to his paternal grandmother, before saying he had made up the stories so that he could be with his girlfriend who had suffered a miscarriage.

Reports later emerged that Ireland was unhappy at the reaction of some other squad members to what appeared to have been a hair transplant. On the night before a match against Slovakia, a small number of players had apparently held him down and tugged at the hair, severely upsetting Ireland in the process.

Whether or not this was the reason for Ireland's withdrawal from the squad, it demonstrates how hair loss - and doing anything about it - is treated as a joke.

The guy is obviously an idiot. I will gladly break a lifelong absence of ever having booed a manager/player just for this tosser if he ever gets to play for us again. Classic example of all that is wrong with football nowadays - modestly talented but brainless and getting paid far too much for his ability.

What a complete wierdo. He might be good but his off-pitch behaviour cant be good for the team at all so I wouldnt like to see him back in an Ireland shirt. I've somewhere less than zero respect for all scumballers without exception but I've even less than that for the likes of him.
