Good for the Eircom League to see Byrne included
To be honest, I think its a sad state of affairs that an Eircom League player is in that squad. I played in the League of Ireland FFS.....and believe me, that's not a tribute to my soccer playing abilities..... :lol:

Actually, it'll be interesting how the league develops going forward. With Shels full time and Boh's about to earn a stonking 25 million, things could change. Would be good to have decent football in Ireland......though possibly not great for rugby.

Actually, it'll be interesting how the league develops going forward. With Shels full time and Boh's about to earn a stonking 25 million, things could change. Would be good to have decent football in Ireland......though possibly not great for rugby.
Hopefully rugby continues to grow before this possible development of Irish soccer occurs

You seem to have a serious problem with the GAA epaddy? While i hate the way the sport is run and hate the people at the top, the two sports are interesting to watch and you have to give it to the players, they put an awful lot into it
