Re: Leinster Fans - Poor Behaviour

Hello Leinster Fans, I just wanted to post a quick note expressing my disappointment in the behaviour of a large number of your fans in Edinburgh over the weekend. I went to the Walkabout bar on Saturday, looking forward to a couple of relaxing pints and some enjoyable rugby on the tv, with my team...

Thoroughly mediocre display, felt that leinster were trying to force the offloads, as epitomised in Mals mistake after the restart. Need more simple ball-carriers in the pack. was that mals or shaggys mistake? I thought it was shaggy (who had a howler by his standards) who actually lost the ball Al...

For God's sake where was the leadership in the last 5 mins? We get our noses in front. O'Kelly tries a silly pass after doing the hard work and gives away possession. Should have gone to ground and eaten up the clock. Girv kicking away the ball when we're one point behind in injury time. Going for t...

It will be interesting to see who they cut for the 22. Probably Birch, Dunne or Whits depending on Whits fitness. After that it becomes interesting. If Jowitt is fit I assume Byrnes will go. He'll make a call between Lewis and Kearney I'd be thinking. One other too... :?:

That's impressive dedication. Getting home at 5.30am and there is only one thing on your mind. Get on Leinsterfans and voicing some thoughts. This must be some kind of record for drunk postings.

My head hurts.

I'll bet Eddie won't be picking him though..... Unfortunately this could be the case. And as Gerry Thornley said, the more people call for Hickie to be recalled to the 15, the more Eddie will dig his heels in and stick to his guns on Trimble. Pity, he's the best finisher this country h...

Good Week For Denis...

On top of being voted player of the month and being immortalised through the medium of the t-shirt I see Will Greenwood has named Denis in the 5 players he reckons will do the business and should be watched in the HEC. http://www.skysports.com/skysports/article/0,,1-1237720,00.html It's good to see ...

Yeah recall that. DLSP player I think it was. Not sure if he punched him but think he roughed him up a bit anyway. Don't think it can be considered in the same bracket as the Blaney incident. If Blaney had behaved in a comparable manner we would have heard a fuss long before now.

That extract is great. I'm unfortunate to know a few of these 'Lunster' fans. Know f*ck all about rugby but consider themselves Munster fans simply because of media bullshit. This is getting emailed around.

Re: we need to grow a pair...

typical of us, we perform in LR with a big crowd playing great rugby but can't win when a bit of guts is required...I feel we have a season of hurt ahead. Think you may be jumping the gun a bit. If we get things sorted there is no reason we can't enjoy a great season. On paper we have basically the...

Tough break for Easterby. Attempted tackle was poor but very unlucky to wind up like that. As for Willis, I was quite happy with him. The lad was probably nervous as hell coming out on that pitch. I'm sure all he was focussing on was doing his job and getting the fundamentals right. All in all his p...

Ladbrokes offering a handicap of Borders +15. Tempted to throw a few bob on that. And Easterbunny at 22-1 for first try.

Think we'll grab a few tries...say 30-16 or so.

I was agreeing with you. Thornley made the comment about Stringer not playing poorly until the Oz game.

Guess I should point that out in future..

LR.ie messageboard says that at least the branch are looking into the option of having ticket booths in the area on the night to cater for the walk-up crowd. Tickets will be available from Spar, Bath Avenue on the evening anyway. They better have somewhere besides that though. And people thought tho...
