Re: Jonny Wikinsons Toulon Away
Toulon Fan, talking to the Toulon Fans outside the ground after the match (and before) they all mentioned the lack of homegrown players with annoyance and seemed disgruntled with it. IIn fact they complimented Leinster on the representation (and success with) of homegrown players. Anyhow, maybe that...

Re: Jonny Wikinsons Toulon Away
Some poor decision-making on our part. A few times we had a penalty advantage and played on to be turned over - this happened at 13 - 9, they turned us over and went down the pitch to score a try..

Re: Leinster vs Munster March 29th
We won despite rarely getting into 3rd gear. Sloppy first half where mentally we didn't seem to be there. However, we still managed to eke out penalty points to come back from a 9 point deficit - which was the impressive thing (although I always felt confident it would be achieved). Thought Bent did...

Re: Connacht Thread 2013/14
I really want conacht to make it in to the hc next season, but at the same time I hope they don't so we can poach griffin and henshaw off them. Great finish from connacht, they are playing some great rugby lately. I didn't think Lam deserved the job initially, but he is doing great work with an ave...

Re: Point of information/argument settler.
Has Brian O'Driscoll ever played Jonny Wilkinson at club level? I seem to recall a while back Newcastle playing Leinster in the HEC in Donnybrook on a Friday night. If memory serves Jonny had a stinker that night. We played them away in Leeds as well, the game had to be rescheduled due to poor pitc...

Re: November Internationals
I never can understand why some people seem to insist that you can turn either SOB of POM into a No 8 simply so they can replace Heaslip. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest either could be even close to as good as Heaslip in his position. But POM played there once or twice this season.........

Re: Ex-Leinster players
Harts 15 starts for Grnoble compared favourably with Marty Moore's career record before his call up. It is a pity that neither Marmion or Hart weren't involved this season, especially given the age profile of the incumbents. Joe seems to have had Henshaw heavily involved despite not being included ...

Re: Munster 2013/2014
What's the big deal with what he said? And the first thing some people can post after we win a 6N is "in your face Leamy". Jaysis. Has Schmidt done anything about a replacement for BOD? Did Schmidt pick some players that weren't first team regulars for Leinster over first choice guys from...

Re: Getting to Toulon ?.
Indeed : there's no fast train line between Toulouse and Toulon, it's as boring and expensive as by car... Maybe longer because need to change in Marseille... That's why there are few. You'd better had chosen Lyon, if you could of course... Way much closer. Good luck. Yep, lyon tickets are expensiv...

Re: Getting to Toulon ?.
Looking at flying home from Toulouse - trains are very few and take 4 hours! Anyone got any ideas, decent websites? French trains can easily be booked on the SNCF site The English language version is very good and easy to use By the way for Toulouse you need to change in Marseille so it will take m...
