Re: Attendance Records and other stats
But doesn't that presume that every single STH makes it to every home game? Not Likely. It appears ticket sales are what counts rather than actual attendance. Attendance for the Munster/Treviso match is now listed as 17,104 and our number for Saturday night is 17,936 but from where I was sitting it...

Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices
I'm going to stick my neck out on the new stadium - the issue on the seats higher up is not that you can't see the game (you can) but that they are charging the same price for tickets with varying levels of quality. On the stadium itself - I think there was enough indication in the Munster game tha...

Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices
(Except we know it's not random at all - the clubs and branches get the nose bleed seats and the "friends and families of the IRFU" bucket get the more desireable ones - always baffles me why they can't have a method of selecting your seats / area when purchasing the International tickets...

in relation to POC's upper body shrinking i presume being on IV antibiotics (having been on them myself) was just taking too much out of him and that he was advised to rest and recover full health before lifting heavy things again. Dont be surprised to see him quickly recover though. Earls on the o...

Re: Dummies guide to weight training
Lads - all the above is useful if someone wants to build up. But for toning and weight loss I would be surprised if the above is valid. The routines above would mean that each muscle group would have a heavy work out once a week - rather than working all the muscle groups at each visit to the gym i....

Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices
My guess would be they are the same tickets they are selling for EUR 10 for the Clermont game. Restricted view of not being able to see either big screen properly But I believe these were the same area as the tickets in the supporters lottery which were sold for €100 - but could be open to correcti...

Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices
If you want to take your chances with a 'restricted view' ticket the Leinster store have tweeted that that have some at €50 (adults) for SA and NZ, €45 for Argentina and €25 for Samoa. Hang on - are these the same tickets they have been selling for €100 up to now - would be a bit cheesed off if I h...

Re: Autumn International & 6N Prices
Funny enough I also earmarked the money I was going to spend on going to the internationals for a family trip instead to the canaries. Are the IRFU still charging 100 euro for those seats with cr@p views? Yes - that's the even funnier thing. It's €100 - doesn't matter if you're stuck in the back co...

5 Leinster schools have returned all of their tickets fully acknowledgeing that their allocation will be zero from now on. How many schools in other provinces have done the same. Any clubs done it in Leinster yet? Any surprise - €40 for a school ticket. I'll be amazed if they sell any. Don't know w...

Re: Ticket offer for the Clermont game
I believe there are also €20 and €35 tickets available to purchase now under the 3 for 4 which one might assume are better than the €10 tickets and work out at €15 and €26 respectively. Might be a better option as well. Don't think they will sell out but you will probably find the cheaper ones will ...

Re: STH Seats in the Aviva
I meant moving lock stock and barrel (As you well know :) ) I would have said that the Ulster game never sold out apart from the last stand. However I just looked it up and it has come close every time since. Except 2008/9. That was the only time in the last 5 that it was not over the Christmas hol...

Yeah thought so myself. Alot of athletes using them though. Shaquille O'Neal, Rubens Barrichello and now Heaslip, must be getting paid to wear them. In 1987, CUS played Roscrea in the first round of the SC. The two captains were twin brothers, the Roscrea lad having left CUS the previous year and having played on the SCT too...the culchies won.... :( Beg to differ - that was '85 or '86 I think. They were the Massey twins - one of them went to R...
