Re: Leinster V Stade Francais, Dublin | Sat, 13 Jan 2024, 17:30

Also, congrats to Leinster’s marketing department getting 40k plus into LR for a post Christmas game. Granted that it was freaking impossible to get a ticket with a French telephone. Fortunately a player gave me an invitation. Best possible seat. If you see a big chewing gum bubble in the stands it...

You need to go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/leinster/ and login like before.
It says my session is suspended when I do, I’ve logged it with Leinster see how I fix it

Re: Leinster V Stade Francais, Dublin | Sat, 13 Jan 2024, 17:30

Frawley needs to deliver a big one tomorrow. Full side around him in the Aviva against a French side sending over the espoirs. I'd expect him to really step up and control this one, considering we're big favourites. If he does (and likewise if Larmour has a similarly big game) it will mean Ireland ...

Re: Leinster V Stade Francais, Dublin | Sat, 13 Jan 2024, 17:30

Very strong side. Harry is likely injured given the 10/22 selection. Great to see JLO and Furlong back. Larmour gets the nod at 14, huge game for him. Huge game for Frawley too. Ross Moloney has really fallen out of favour this season for big games. More a feature of how fast Joe Mc has come into c...

Re: Darcy: Schools system seems to be coaching the flair out of Leinster’s backs

It’s interesting to note that two of our most recent back three breakthroughs took a slightly different route in that both jimmy O’Brien and Hugo Keenan went the 7’s route and then came back to Leinster and have that flair. Maybe looking at using this route more will lead to quicker skills developme...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

England's loss. Once he retires from the national team he may as well move. Paris isn't far. I think it does show that online abuse is really going too far. Imagine if we had driven Sexton away from the national team. It was bad enough that Leinster lost him for a while due to poor contract negotia...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

In fairness Cardiff was a sellout which is also good to see, ok not the likes of Edinburgh but this type of thing can create momentum - stormers sharks game is a good one Cardiff should be considering options for bigger games. Judgement day isn't happening this year. Moving a welsh derby or two to ...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Watching the games today it is great to see the numbers at the URC matches. 38k at the Scottish derby a record and then seeing the stormers stadium over 2/3 full, really shows how well the URC is progressing Just watching the stormers game here and was thinking the same thing. The SA teams have rea...

Just a general query - is there a site that logs all the game attendances for each URC match?

Re: A whiff of Cordite

Jeez, a good, informative article yes. But Lenihan is more than capable of a large number of clangers.. I remember he defended Munster's poor development about 3/4 years ago by stating they their job was to produce Munster players only ... I have to say that in the years I’ve listened to him, in pa...

Re: A whiff of Cordite

I do find it funny that Leinster generally gets a better assessment from a cork based paper (The Examiner) from the likes of lenihan (who I agree with all posts is a true rugby gent) while our apparent Dublin based papers (times and indo) post some delusional cr@p about Leinster Ps that also goes fo...

Re: Jacques Nienaber to join Leinster Rugby

P.S, has anyone else noticed the amount of time he watches the opposing team warm up? He took ages watching Munster going thru their pre-game routine last night and same with Sale last week. Yes for the sale game he just stood in the middle of the field and watched sale do their different exercises...

Re: Munster Away on Stephens Day. 7:35pm

So Donnacha reckons Leinster signing RG hinders Irish 2nd row development? Amazing he never had this theory for the past 4 years. What a plonker. That was actually quite funny. He had a point but it got away from him as he had stroke adn was rambling. Yes no one was shouting this when Ahern, edogbo...

Re: Munster Away on Stephens Day. 7:35pm

Clarkson starting to show his real value doing jäger in the last scrum. Great Leinster performance but my god luke while being a great rugby player just can’t pass if his life depended on it. Also agree larmour had a good outing as a pick of the back three for both teams. Really enjoyed McCarthy and...

Re: RG Snyman to move to Leinster

Really interesting thing on his injury. I remember Brad thorn saying that he got injured in his early to mid 20’s and because he didn’t get the impacts at that stage of his career it extended his time later in his career. We could be getting RG at the perfect time where he could injury willing have ...

Re: Leinster Squad 23-24

Really surprised that there hasn't been more comment / information regarding Charlie's leg injury. Personally I prefer to wait for injury updates as I've badly misjudged these sort of things before. I do think it looked bad though. I’m only guessing when I saw it and the fact he could walk at all o...
