Re: Munster 2017 -2018
Gobbler off to Gloucester. Van Gramm aint happy. Watching him the last few weeks I thought he's been very good and he looks like he could have forced his way into the starting line up next season. The IRFU were always getting rid of him though, anything that brings any bad press is extremely unpala...

Re: Leinster Squad 18-19
Looking at the squad for next year still feel we need more depth at hooker, second row and 1st centre

Re: Connacht vs. Leinster, 28/04/2018, 15.05 IST
Fair play to Connacht, great performance and delighted for Muldoon. We could do with an experienced niq 12 and a big tough second row for when the internationals are away as front 5 has been powder puff again today like against treviso and the midfield was like a turnstyle. Good luck in Bristol big ...

Re: Munster 2017 -2018
I don't think it's scapegoating it's pointing out the obvious that he isn't a good enough 10 to play at the business end of competitions.
They are pointing out if Munster aspire to win the champions cup they need a better 10.
For my money they need better depth/quality 3,5,7,10 and 15 btw.

Re: Thank you Richardt Strauss
A great signing, at his peak was a great carrier and awesome at the breakdown.
Seems to be retiring early presume it's injury related, he picked up a lot of knocks in recent years

Absolute legend.
Set the standard for the team. Not just for one but two different generations of the team
Should be given a coaching role

Re: Munster 2017 -2018
They should release keatley not because he's a bad player but he's not a European cup winning out half Good to see the brave and the faithful going after Keatley again. Classy stuff as always. Not a Munster fan. Just stating the obvious in that they lack quality. If Munster were allowed to sign one...

Re: Munster 2017 -2018
Very poor from Munster today. They really need to sign a top quality tight head, openside, and a back 3 player. Why Wooten was out there ahead of zebo was beyond me. They should release keatley not because he's a bad player but he's not a European cup winning out half and they go back to him time an...

Re: Leinster v Llanelli European semi
We will go after the Llanelli pack on Saturday. Keep it tight and use power plays in their 22. I'd expect a pack of healy Cronin furlong, toner , Ryan, fardy, leavy, conan. Dominate the scrum and lineout and in general squeeze the life out of them.

Re: Leinster Vs Benetton Rugby Sat 19.35 TG4
Very little control at half back. Also pack was very lightweight in the tight exchanges. We should look at signing a large tight head journeyman second row for next season ala Damien Browne from a few years back as that pack really lacked punch.

Re: Ulster 2017 - 2018
First off is I think the players behaviour and the way they spoke about it was deplorable but they were found innocent of a crime. By releasing them the IRFU are setting a very dangerous precedent. What happens next time a private what's app conversation is leaked or an allegation is made because it...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
With the italian place in champions cup up for grabs, it makes sense for the IRFU to invest even more heavily in Connacht next season. They should seriously a up the ante of moving players of potential from other provinces there for gametime and fund a top quality import or 2. There is no reason Con...

Re: Connacht 2016/17
That Fijian lad is a liability. Does a lot of headless running off by himself. I'm sure he's a great 7s player but doesn't seem to have it at this level.
Also Connacht should look at signing saili, they really need 2 explosive centres for the style they play. I think saili would excel there

Wonder who will capt the team, presume it'll be ruddock as very few experienced leaders.
Maybe leavy an outside bet

Re: Tour to Japan
Very light in the second row numbers wise. It's only Treadwell, toner and Ryan. With maybe ruddock covering as well. I think James Ryan will be capped by Ireland before playing for Leinster. Would have liked to see Byrne and sweetman as well as we are badly short pace on our wings but Joe must think...

Re: Outhalf crisis
Madigan can't control a game. Great ball player but you'll never win a title with him playing 10. I think he'd be a better 9,12 or 13. Connacht's gameplay might have suited him though

Re: Toner & ?
What about jack Conan as a second row. He's 6 foot 4. Nearly 18 stone and with heaslip signing on for another 3 years I think we will lose him to another province if we don't do something.
