Re: Corona Virus
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/jun/25/viral-immunologist-antibody-tests-covid-19-immuity-coronavirus Fascinating stuff here: ...As a viral immunologist, I see immunity in Covid-19 as a puzzle that we have yet to solve. But every week, new publications add new pieces to the jigsaw. Wh...

Re: RFU reviewing “Swing Low”
What will they replace the Chariots with to stick where the sun dont shine ? Does it matter? Next stop. God Save the Queen. If ever a song was out of step with the modern world. "Rebellious Scots to crush" I mean, come on man. #jocksmatter especially if you're wearing loose shorts

Re: Corona Virus
Yes and they needed the masks for medical situations. There was a shortage that would have been exacerbated. It did more to prevent the spread and save lives to have PPE for people in the highest risk situations. Could have advised homemade face coverings have to agree here, face covering/scarf. th...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020
James Coughlan on his way to Brive as defence coach. Delighted for him, and hope he does well and continues to improve his career as a coach. He was a great player for Munster, and largely underrated outside of the province. A real Cinderella story, playing in the AIL before being given a trial wit...

Has anyone that isn’t not a doctor confirmed that herd immunity is a viable strategy and if it is what level of recovery is theoretically required?

You’re not Bomber or Plug are you? Do regular people really refer to Leo Cullen like that? Don't think I've seen that used on this site before. Its used as an insult. Cardiff Blues Supporters Club sacked their Social Media guy for calling him that a few years ago. The person using it decides whethe...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
Well I'm convinced now anyway. I'm glad they took Carbery and I hope Munster poach more of our best players. I never realized until now what harm the good young players were doing. Carbery wasn't one of our best players. Prospects maybe but he definitely wasn't one of our best players Number 2 out ...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
Munster did not have Blyendaal under contract at the time?, they had not just given Keatley a new contract for the following season?, they did not have JJ? They did not have their own academy 10 Bill Johnston looking for some of his own opportunities?, they had no foresight that they also had a bun...

Re: Munster, The Money Pit Province 2019/2020
Fixing = improvement I’m saying that if the schools and underage development programs didn’t do anything differently (consciously) but the academy players start consistently breaking fully in the Munster 1st team, then standards would improve in the schools. what percentage of coaches in most of th...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
It’s fine, you’re obviously annoyed or frustrated by something, unless you’re Joey Carbery or Joey Carberys Mam, Dad, or brother from another mother I’d suggest cracking a sneaky cold beer and enjoying the rest of the evening... Annoyed at people trying to push the blame for us losing a game onto s...

Re: Ben T'eo
One trick pony is for more limited players. Vunipola is a really good player who does plenty of everything like tackling, winning turnovers. Not jumping in lineout, obviously though. He's not an all rounder, you have to play a little differently to get the best out of him. But if you have a skillfu...

Serious mickey waving there Absolutely no mickey waving going on, just pointing out that having a realistic view of a situation and not looking around for someone else to blame for Leinster losing a final doesn't mean you're not a Leinster fan. While waving your mickey It’s fine, you’re obviously a...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
We? I dont think so. Oh and Carbery was a lock for the RWC squad short of his form falling off a cliff to a Madigan extent. His versatility is decisive. Ah yes because I'm not blind enough to ignore the possibility that professional rugby players might want to play as high a level of rugby as often...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
You're determined to have an argument that doesn't exist, not interested. Let's leave it at we both agree it was a move engineered by Joe Schmidt and Lucifura, anything after that is whataboutery and semantics And you're determined to make it some sort of conspiracy to weaken Leinster to support th...

Re: Leinster Squad 19-20
nobody seriously thinks that an uninjured Carbery wouldn't have got to that World Cup. He took Jean Kleyn ffs... Anything could have happened had Carbery not moved. What if Byrne over took him at Leinster? He wouldn't be going then. A player in a completely different position going is beyond irrele...
