Thats true enough, you should have seen the bunfight every year by the likes of ourselves, Accenture, IBM and EDS etc over UL CSIS graduates just because they had experience in COBOL

What level of Cobol? I was fairly handy with that a few years ago.

Should be banned. As should photos/pictures etc. Signatures should be limited to (short) texts or quotes. Anyone else agree or disagree? If you are referring to ePaddy's signature then I must point out that it is not a video. it's an image file (Animated GIF). It actually is quite small file size. ...

Depends on the file size, less than 100 kb, it should be okay, otherwise I agree. If you're using Firefox and the troubling file is remotely linked from another site, you can right click on the vid and select "Block Images from..."
