Re: Stringer to Leinster
Oldschool - answer honestly please. When did you last watch Reddan play? The A international. I thought he was cr@p (or else it was Bradley's instructions), but the backs never got a look in. It was like watching CW, only not quite as slow. In fact it was just like watching him any other time I've ...

Re: Stringer to Leinster
I'm not a huge fan of Reddan but one thing he would do (regardless of his pass) is put pace on our game. He wouldn't be shy about taking quick taps and the threat he'd be around the fringes might take some of the heat off whoever the outhalf we end up picking is. And even though he isn't a great pa...

Re: Stringer to Leinster
Reddan is not good enough to play for Leinster. Before the recruitment committee take the advice of our scout, they should do the following. Ask themselves, why isn't he getting picked for Wasps. Ask themselves, why did he have to leave Munster. Look at his awfull performances for Ireland last seas...

Lads, lads, lads, you just don't get it. This is about selecting the Bristish and Irish Lions team. We're Irish, we pick the Irish players for the team, Stephen and Ian pick the UK players. On that basis my Lions team would be. Court Flannery, Hayes, O'Callaghan (Cap O'Connell Ferris Heaslip Wallac...

Not his greatest performance, but I will give him full credit for calling for a TMO on BODs try.
If he hadn't, I reckon nobody would known that BOD had just scored probably the most important try of his career.
TO DATE!

Re: The Economy (Super - Thread)
I know the Govt. have recently been saying we should all be buying Irish etc etc., but just bringing in my wheelie bin this morning I noticed they were made by a German company. Is there nobody in Ireland who can make a bin? Should the Govt. not be giving all the business they possibly can to Irish...

Re: Stephen Jones' Lions XV
the standard of rugby journalism really is execrable - there's no way that someone who clearly knows so little about the game could ever hold down an equivalent job covering football. Jones is one of these complex-ridden, self-loathing celts who crop up in rugby circles in England (Ian Robertson of...
